The Web 3.0

As the article explained, the Web 3.0 will be able to "think," in a sense. Internet users will develop unique, personal identities with the web, and the web will tailor to those identities. It will "know" what a person is seeking, or what a person would or would not want. For example, searches will eliminate irrelevant results, and suggestions for each specific user will be generated. With the web 3.0, no longer will just the users interact with the Internet: the Internet will interact with the user, too.

In addition to what was explained in the article, I see the immersion of virtual reality as a major element of Web 3.0. Each year, our lives become more and more immersed in the Internet. With more mobile devices connected to the web, and more technology substituting Internet socialization over face-to-face communication, virtual reality may become an integrated part of everyday life. The gaming industry is already pushing for the use of artificial intelligence, motion detectors, and face recognitions in games and systems. Additionally, they are pushing for making everything become online. Thus, we are entering the zones of online, virtual worlds becoming apart of mainstream technology. It's advanced, it's radical and it's unique: it's the Web 3.0.
